In-home nursing visits are provided to Charlotte County women and their families during and after pregnancy.  We are here to help you have healthier families.

Services include:

• Home visits by a Registered Nurse
• Education during your pregnancy and after your baby is born
• Help with reducing tobacco use
• Developmental assessments and teaching developmental activities
• Immunizations
• Breastfeeding assistance and education
• Family Planning assistance and education
• Working with other agencies
