e Florida Department of Health in Charlotte County (DOH-Charlotte), in partnership with Area Agency on Aging for Southwest Florida, invites Grove City Manor residents and Senior Friendship Centers members to attend free Tai Chi for Health starting Monday, November 9, 2026. The series of 16 classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 1-2 p.m. at Grove City Manor, 6433 Gasparilla Pines Blvd., Englewood, FL 34224. There will be no classes on December 21, 23, 28, and 30. Classes will resume after the holidays on January 4, 2027. Health benefits may include: Arthritis relief Fall prevention Improved balance Enhance brain health To attend, register in person at Grove City Manor.
