One of the four assessments used in the MAPP framework is the Forces of Change Assessment (FOCA). The Forces of Change Assessment aims to identify all the forces and associated opportunities and threats that can affect, either now or in the future, the local public health system. Community members and local organizations are welcome to attend and provide input.
