Charlotte County’s on-line Health survey is now available through November 22nd, 2019. The survey results will tell us how we can make Charlotte County a healthier place to live. Our goal is to have 1% (1,700) of our population complete the online or paper surveys so we are counting on your support to make it happen! #1700.
