The primary goal of our immunization program is to prevent the spread of vaccine-preventable diseases in Charlotte County. All child and adolescent immunizations in accordance with the Bureau of Communicable Diseases and the Florida School Guidelines are available at no cost* to all children ages zero to 18.

Please call to schedule an appointment. (Note: Our clinic closes at noon on the 2nd and 5th Friday of each month.)
