MapThe Florida Department of Health in Charlotte County offers a variety of clinical services including immunizations for adults and children, family planning, and STI (sexually transmitted infections). Most services are provided on a sliding fee scale and are based on income and family size. Sliding fee scale is assessed at the initial visit and updated annually. We accept the majority of Medicaid Plans and some insurance plans, but for those who are uninsured or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.
