Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI/STD) – The Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Prevention and Control Program works to reduce the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases. By providing screening, testing, diagnosis and treatment for infected individuals, the STD program is fighting the war against sexually transmitted diseases one person at a time. The program's intervention helps to protect infected individuals, their partners and unborn children from the serious complications that may result from untreated STDs.

Four major program components comprise the STD Prevention and Control Program: Surveillance, Field Services including Partner Counseling and Referral Services and Clinical Services.

Please call to schedule an appointment:  941-624-7200.  (Note:  Our clinic closes at noon on the 2nd and 5th Friday of each month.)  A sliding fee scale is used to determine fees (based on family size and income).
