Our 3-step application process:
- Complete and Submit Volunteer Paperwork
- Submit your completed Volunteer Application form to CharlotteWebmaster@FLHealth.gov
- Provide a copy of your medical license (if applicable)
- Complete a Background Check
- All DOH-Charlotte volunteers must pass a Level 2 federal background check.
- Get Trained
- Volunteers are provided with online and/or onsite DOH-Charlotte training and orientation.
