To access eBridge, visit eBridge.com and enter the following information:

- Password: Charlotte
- File Cabinet: CHARLOTTE CHD
To search for a permit, click on the “Retrieve” tab located on the upper left-hand side of the screen. You can search by permit number, street address, property ID number, street name or city.
